By creating an account or using KashmirPrep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use KashmirPrep. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

KashmirPrep is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use to prepare for JEE, NEET, CUET, JKSSB, and J&K Board exams.

You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell any content from KashmirPrep. Automated access, bots, or scripts are strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Pro plans are billed at ₹149/month. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment to kashmirprep.edu.in@gmail.com.

Free users are limited to 5 AI Tutor queries per day. This limit resets at midnight IST.

AI-generated explanations are provided for educational guidance only. Always verify critical information.

Manipulating battle results, using bots, or exploiting bugs to gain unfair advantages is prohibited and may result in permanent bans.

Points and XP are for gamification purposes only and hold no monetary value.

All questions, explanations, UI, code, and branding on KashmirPrep are the intellectual property of KashmirPrep.

Past year questions (PYQs) are sourced from public domain exam papers. All explanations are original work by KashmirPrep.

KashmirPrep is an educational tool. We do not guarantee any specific exam results, ranks, or outcomes.
